For more than a decade, Marine Frieh-Rebaudet has been assisting organizations in the healthcare and life sciences sectors in addressing their contractual, regulatory, personal data management, and business ethics challenges.
In particular, she specializes in the legal structuring of innovative or strategic projects and in ensuring compliance for research and development and commercialization activities (market launch, communication/advertising, relations with healthcare professionals, authorities, and other stakeholders), throughout the lifecycle of their company and product.
Marine Frieh-Rebaudet, drawing on her extensive experience in the corporate sector as a legal and compliance manager or seconded attorney, also assists companies in organizing, strengthening, or managing their legal and compliance functions, particularly through interim management or Legal Ops assignments.

For several years, Guillaume Béraud has been advising companies in the healthcare, life sciences, and digital health sectors on managing their legal and regulatory challenges, with an approach grounded in operational realities and a strong commitment to working closely with his clients.
He focuses primarily on contractual matters, compliance issues—particularly regarding anti-graft measures and the transparency of financial interests—as well as data protection matters, especially those involving health data. He assists his clients in managing their interactions with all stakeholders in the sector (healthcare professionals and facilities, patient associations, and professional organizations), ensuring that their practices are sound from both a regulatory and reputational standpoint.
Guillaume Béraud also advises on regulations governing health products (drugs, medical devices), particularly regarding market authorization and communications. He further supports research projects—whether or not they involve human subjects—and assists operators in identifying and fulfilling their obligations, especially when working with partners or service providers such as CROs.
On the contractual front, he assists with the structuring, negotiation, and review of commercial contracts, with a particular focus on their practical implementation.
